Fly-tipping on private land
We are only responsible for clearing fly-tipped waste from public highways and council maintained parkland.
- public streets
- car parks
- town centre
Clearing fly-tipping from private land is the responsibility of the landowner.
If you are a private land owner you must ensure that your land is as secure as is practically possible to prevent people dumping rubbish on it.
We provide a chargeable fly-tipping removal service for businesses as part of our cleansing services for businesses.
