Care experienced young people - our local offer

If you are care experienced, also known as a ‘care leaver’, you are entitled to lots of support until you are 25 years old. These pages tell you whether you are eligible, what support there is, and how you can get the support you would like from us. Take your time to look through our local offer, you can reach out to the team yourself, or you can ask someone to contact us for you.
