No Limits

No Limits is Bedford Borough’s inclusive sports programme for people of all ages with a disability.

The No Limits programme offers people with disabilities lots of opportunities to take part in regular sport and physical activity.

The programme believes that there are:

  • no limits to an individual’s involvement
  • no limits to an individual’s aspiration to succeed
  • no limits to regular sports participation

No Limits Multi-Activity Club

The Multi-Activity Club is for people aged 16 years and over with a learning and / or a physical disability.

Mondays from 1:45pm to 2:45pm (excluding public holidays) 

Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm (At the John Bunyan Centre)

Thursdays from 12:30pm to 1:30pm

Activities on offer include rounders, basketball, badminton, dodgeball and football.

£3 per session, no need to book, just pay on the day.

No Limits disability football

The disability football sessions are open to adults aged 16 years and over with a learning and / or physical disability.

Mondays from 10:30am to 11.30am (excluding  public holidays)

No Limits Sports Zone

Sports Zone is a weekly sports club where young people between the ages of 8 and 18 years old who have a disability or additional needs (and their siblings) can have fun, develop skills and try new sports.

Multi-Sports Saturdays 

A multi-sports programme offering the chance to develop new and improve existing skills whilst experiencing new activities. The sessions run on Saturdays from 10am to 12pm and are delivered by a variety of local coaches alongside our qualified staff.

  • 12 January - Street Dance - 10am-12pm
  • 19 January - Cricket - 10am-12pm
  • 26 January - Swimming - 10am-12pm
  • 2 February - Tag Rugby - 10am-12pm
  • 9 February - Basketball - 10am-12pm 
  • 16 February - Trampolining - 10am-12pm
  • 23 February - Street Dance - 10am-12pm

Multi-Sports Wednesdays 

The mid-week sports session is an extension of the Saturday morning club and runs during term time only. The club usually runs between 5:30pm and 6:30pm (depending on the activity).

  • 16 January - Rugby - 5:30pm-6:30pm
  • 23 January - Uni Hoc - 5:30pm-6:30pm
  • 30 January - Football - 5:30pm-6:30pm
  • 6 February - Swimming - 5:15pm-7pm
  • 20 February - Cricket - 5:30pm-6:30pm
  • 27 February - Golf - 5:30pm-7:30pm
