Live Longer Better - Bedford is a programme of exercise and physical activity sessions aimed at 60 year olds and over.

Please come along and join us at any of our sessions, no need to book, just turn up and pay cash on the day (except the bowling and the swimming which is card payment only).

Moving forward, If you would like to see an activity included in our program or to find out more information, please email sport@bedford.gov.uk. Whilst we will consider all suggestions, we cannot guarantee to include them all.

Mondays and Wednesdays at the Harpur Suite

The activities in the below table take place every Monday and Wednesday and will run from 5 January and 7 January – running through until 23 March and 25 March 2026.

Hot drinks are available after the class.
