Early Help Assessment - Overview

An Early Help Assessment (EHA) is designed to help a child receive the right support at an early stage.

If you are a parent or child and would like an Early Help Assessment please use this EHA form (PDF) together with Appendix A (PDF).

If you are a healthcare or school professional, please submit all Early Help Assessments and TAF paperwork to EarlyHelpHub@Bedford.gov.uk

Supporting Team Around the Family (TAF) paperwork can be downloaded here:

An EHA should be only used for children and families who require Early Help services or support.

If your concern is of an immediate safeguarding nature please contact us here.
