The Hearing Sessions are now complete and the Council is currently awaiting the Inspectors’ Report. Further information will be posted on this page when it is available.
The main modifications consultation will close at 5pm this evening.

The Inspectors have written to the Council following the hearing sessions, and their letter can be viewed in the examination documents reference ED50.
During the first two weeks of the hearing sessions the Inspectors asked the Council to provide additional information and the Council has submitted the following examination documents

The Council has submitted an updated position statement on the Housing Monitoring report 2018-2019. Three other documents have been updated as a result of the position statement and these can all be viewed in the Examination Documents with the references ED14-ED17 inclusive.
The Inspectors’ Matters, issues and Questions, Guidance Notes for the Examination and Draft Hearing Sessions Programme are now available and can be viewed in Examination Documents.
The Inspectors have set provisional dates for the hearing sessions of the Examination of the Local Plan.
