Additional hearing session

The proposed modifications relate to matters discussed at the hearings held in May and June 2019. However, the Inspectors have indicated that they consider that a further hearing session may be necessary to discuss MM26 – Land north of Beverley Crescent, Bedford.

Therefore, a further hearing session has been provisionally arranged to commence at 0930 on Tuesday 22 October 2019 at Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP and will continue on Wednesday 23 October if necessary.

The Inspectors will make a final decision on whether or not the further hearing is necessary once they have considered the representations made on the proposed main modifications.
