2024 charges

Property or land searches: Building control is not a public register and as such we have applied the charging mechanism under the Charges for Property Searches Regulations 2008 rather than the Environmental Information Regulations.  

The cost of this search is £22.50 including VAT which reveals any Building Control Application and CPS against the property or land going back to 1988.

If you would like an archive search to be carried out the charge is £24 including VAT and goes back to circa 1974.

Copy documents such as approvals and completion certificates cost £24 including VAT.

Our hourly rate to support the Building Safety Regulator will be £75.
