Wootton Library will be closed from 16– 20 June for essential building works. All other libraries remain open where you can borrow and return books, use WiFi, attend family activities, as well as other services. Poetry Afternoon

New for the Year of Reading! Come and join our informal poetry group. Bring along a couple of your favourite poems to read and discuss with the group, or just come and listen. Refreshments will be available. Everyone welcome.

Themes for the next few sessions are as follows-

23 June - The Lighter Side. Humorous verse, poems which make us smile.

7 July - Journeys (real or Imagined). Travel, places of interest, distant lands.

21 July - Free choice. Any poetry which appeals to  you personally.
