Early Careers Network

Our Early Careers Network brings together Council staff who are at the beginning of their career or are new to a role in local government.

The Network is a great example of our supportive approach, where collaboration and teamwork flourish. It offers a friendly and supportive environment for younger and/or new staff from across the Council to meet and share their experiences.

Network members get involved in organising events and workshops as well as informal get-togethers.
