The Jobs Hub is now delivering a new UK Government-funded supported employment programme called Connect to Work. This new service will help residents back into work with intensive ongoing support.
What is Connect to Work?
Connect to Work is a new UK Government-funded program designed to help people who face barriers to employment - such as health conditions, disabilities, or specific disadvantages - find and stay in meaningful work.
The scheme will aim to help people get back into the workplace and stay in sustainable work, with individual 12-month programmes of intensive support. We can also help if you are in work, but are struggling to maintain work because of your condition.
