The Council engages with its landlords and managing agents through a combination of Landlord Forum meetings and email newsletters.
Our Landlord Forum provides an opportunity for landlords and other property professionals to meet, discuss issues and network with others in the sector.
Advice is offered on a range of matters including legal compliance and regulatory changes within the housing regulatory regime and also relevant information from other Council teams including planning, housing options and temporary accommodation.
