Our new online system for fee uplift requests is now live. 

Providers can submit requests quickly and securely through a Council Services account making the process simpler, faster, and more transparent. 

You can also now upload supporting documents, track your submission, and receive panel decisions directly through your Council Services account.

All requests must be submitted online; email submissions will no longer be accepted. 

Deadlines

The Fee Change Panel will review requests twice a year:

  • In January for April uplifts.
  • In June for September uplifts.

Please ensure your request is submitted by the published deadlines and includes a completed Budgetary Assessment Form (BAF) along with any required evidence.
