Why we are consulting
We are seeking feedback from customers who have moved into social housing following support from the Council's housing team to help us make improvements to our housing and homelessness services.
This consultation will commence on Tuesday 13 October 2026 and will conclude at midnight on Sunday 1 November 2026.
Responses will be considered by the housing service manager and by the Council’s Budget and Corporate Overview and Scrutiny Committee, who may then make subsequent recommendations in order to improve services.
