We would like to hear your views on our Family Hubs Children’s Centres in Bedford Borough and the services they offer you and your family.
If you haven’t heard of us or visited us, then we want to know that as well.
Your responses will help shape our future offer and help us to ensure we are meeting the needs of every child, young person and family in Bedford Borough.
The survey is aimed at parents and carers of children aged 0-19 years (or up to 25 if they have special educational needs), as well as parents who are expecting a baby.

The survey runs from 12 April 2024 to 24 May 2024.
You are the expert about the area you live in and your lived experiences of the current family hub service provision within Bedford Borough.

If you are unable to complete an online response, you can request a paper version of the survey via the Family Hub service. Please email familyhubs@bedford.gov.uk or telephone our Children’s Centres on 0300 323 0245 (between the hours of 8:30am to 16:30pm Monday to Friday).
What happens next
The survey closes at 5pm on 10 May 2024.
All comments received through the survey are very important to us and will help inform and shape the service we offer to families moving forward.
We will aim to publish a summary report of the overall findings and our proposed actions following this consultation in September 2024 and results of this consultation will be published on this website.
