The personalised approach and willingness to get to know us as a couple was second to none. The evening was informative and we even cancelled arranged meetings with other agencies, because we knew and felt that this was right for us.

The communication and support through Stage 1 was phenomenal. At all times, we were fully informed and in the loop.

When lockdown happened, we were anxious and worried that the whole process would slow down and maybe even halt. This was not the case as the social workers at Bedford did everything to ensure that the process continued for us.
