Early Career Teachers
All Early Career Teachers (ECTs) in England undergoing statutory induction will be entitled to two years of high-quality professional development support based on the ECF.

ECT registration
From September 2024 all ECT appropriate body responsibilities will move away from local authorities and onto teaching school hubs. This means Bedford Borough Council will not be accepting any new ECT induction registrations.
ECT Induction forms and handbooks can be requested by emailing ECTinduction@bedford.gov.uk
