Coming soon! From October 2026 Bedford Borough residents will need to register their vehicle number plate to use the HWRC. It will be free, quick and easy, and the ANPR camera at the entrance will check each vehicle automatically. This will help protect the site from misuse by businesses and people from outside the Borough. Read our press release for more details. Registration will be available from 1 October.
