Bedford Borough Council, Central Bedfordshire Council and Luton Borough Council are preparing a new joint plan to guide how minerals are sourced and how waste is managed across Bedfordshire.
The plan will identify suitable locations, strategic priorities and policies needed to support future minerals and waste infrastructure, economic growth and environmental protection. This early consultation will help shape the priorities of the plan.

The exercise is open to anyone wishing to promote land and development opportunities, from small infill sites through to large strategic locations. You need to own the site or land parcel or have permission from the landowner to submit it.
