Messrs Boyce, Boyce, Ward, Ward and McDonagh (the appellants) submitted an appeal to the Secretary of State MHCLG against the Council’s refusal of the application on 17 December 2025.
The appeal will be heard at a Public Inquiry beginning at 10am on Tuesday 5 May 2026 in the Council Chamber, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP.
