Rainier Developments Limited, Betty Russell Nigel Russell and Justin Russell (the appellants) have appealed to the Secretary of State MHCLG against the Council’s decision.
The appeal will be heard at a Public Hearing beginning at 10am on Tuesday 3rd June 2025 in Committee Room 1, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP. The hearing is expected to last two days.
