There will be a series of overnight road closures on Greyfriars from the end of September.
The works, which will run between 9pm and 5am from 27 September to 28 October, are required to complete resurfacing, installation of road markings and associated works safely and efficiently.
This is part of a wider project to transform the Greyfriars area. It includes reducing the size of the road, building new homes at the former police station site, and enhancing pedestrian and cycling infrastructure at the junction.
These works will be undertaken overnight to minimise disruption to the public and businesses wherever possible. Access for pedestrians will be maintained at all times, although temporary walkways or short diversions may be in place depending on where the contractor is working.
