Will Hunt, the long-serving former councillor and Honorary Alderman of Bedford Borough, has died.
Alderman Will Hunt served as a borough councillor for the Labour Party from 1996 to 2019, serving the wards of Kempston West and Kempston South. He was also a member of various committees and subgroups, was a former member of Kempston Town Council, and served on the boards of many sports clubs and associations across the Borough and County.
He was awarded the status of Honorary Alderman of the Borough on 19 January 2020.
