In accordance with the powers conferred on the Council under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provision) Act 1982, the
Council hereby declares that with effect from 1 June 2024 all streets in the Borough of Bedford and all adjacent spaces being
land within the Borough of Bedford shall be designated as ‘Consent Streets’ for the purposes of street trading.

If you trade in the street you may require a street trading consent.
