The Council in its capacity as a Licensing Authority adopted its Statement of Licensing Policy on 2 May 2018. The legislation requires the authority to review its Statement every five years.

This work has been undertaken and we are now seeking your views on the new draft policy.

Licensing Act 2003 Committee considers the outcome of the consultation and determines whether the draft policy is recommended to Full Council for adoption.  

22 March 2023

Recommendation from Licensing Act 2003 Committee referred to Full Council for adoption.
