Highways tables and chairs

To place tables, chairs or other temporary furniture on the pavement in England and Wales you require a licence from your local authority.

Fees

Authorising tables and chairs on the Highway -  £345

This application must be submitted with a non-refundable deposit of £126. Should your application be successful then this fee will be taken into account against the total applicable to  your application.
