Sport and leisure strategies

Bedford Borough Council is committed to the development of sport and physical activity opportunities and recognises the value of participation for all members of our community.

These documents outline how the Council will aim to try and improve and support opportunities across Bedford Borough.

The Sport and Leisure Strategy 2024-2034 was approved and adopted in July 2025. The Movement to Change vision underpins and informs this long-term strategy.
