During the interview process with the Team Manager Laura and Principal Social Worker Christian, I felt welcomed and the information I received about the role made me want to work at Bedford Borough.
I’m currently completing my ASYE within the academy. I’m really enjoying the team which is very welcoming and full of support. I am not only receiving support from the academy, but from everyone across different teams. Everyone is willing to help and there is always someone around to lend a hand. I have been given a manageable caseload.
I am receiving frequent case supervision to support me with my caseload and it gives me the opportunity to care for my wellbeing. I am also encourage to complete training for continuous development. I’ve truly enjoyed my experience in Bedford Borough so far and would highly recommend
it to anyone.
