Notice of intention to discharge a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO)

Bedford Borough Council hereby gives notice of its intention to discharge a Public Space Protection Order under Section 61(4) of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime & Policing Act 2014, due to expiry, such order being the:

Anti-Social Behaviour Crime & Policing Act 2014, Section 59.

Public Spaces Protection Order (Cycling/E-scooter/Skateboarding Control Public Spaces Protection Order 2022).

The PSPO will cease to have effect on 13 June 2025.
