Unoccupied Properties Audit

Each year Bedford Borough Council writes to the occupiers of properties recorded as being unoccupied for more than 6 months asking them to confirm if this is still correct. 

This annual Council Tax Unoccupied Property Audit helps us ensure our records are accurate.

If you are occupying one of these properties, we will write to you in July / August to ask you to confirm whether the property is occupied or not.

Please use the online form below to complete audit. You will need to input the reference number from your letter and answer a few questions about the status of the property. The form is simple to complete and should take no longer than 1-3 minutes.

You may have been asked to complete the audit previously, but an annual response is still required.
