Bin collections
Bin collections in Bedford Borough operate on an alternate weekly basis:
- One week we collect your black bin for general waste.
- The following week we collect your orange lidded bin for recycling and green bin for garden waste (if you have one).
Collection schedules may be different if you live in a property that uses shared bins.
Garden waste collections (green lidded bins)
Garden waste collections (green lidded bins) run from 1 March to 30 November each year (collections are suspended over the winter period).
