Our Landlord portal allows landlords (both social and private) who receive payments of Housing Benefit to:

• see a breakdown of the payments you have received for each of your tenants
• download your schedules as a spreadsheet to help you allocate payments
• review individual cases, and see details such as historical payments, suspensions and entitlement
• report a change in one of your tenant's circumstances such as a tenant moving out (using the landlord portal to tell us about changes like this will help us to reduce overpayments)
• view your award letters online

To sign up for access to the landlord portal you will need to complete this application form. Once we have reviewed your application we will email you with your login details.
