Each year Bedford Borough Council writes to the occupiers of properties recorded as being unoccupied for more than 6 months asking them to confirm if this is still correct.
This annual Council Tax Unoccupied Property Audit will help us ensure our records are accurate.
If you are occupying one of these properties you will receive a letter in July 2022 and asked to confirm whether the property you have been written to about is occupied or not.
To do this we ask you to use the online form below.
You will need to input the reference number from your letter and answer a few questions about the status of the property. The form is simple to complete and should take no longer than 1-3 minutes.
You may have been written to regarding this in previous years but an annual response is still required.
