What we are consulting on
We are developing a Housing Assistance Policy in order to improve the assistance it can give to older and vulnerable people living in Bedford Borough and make best use of the Disabled Facilities Grant funding it has available.
This consultation aims to make sure that what we are proposing meets both identified needs and what our service users, stakeholders and community tell us.

This Consultation has now closed
What Happens Next
Responses to the consultation will be considered by the Council’s Executive at its meeting of 22 January 2020. Those providing a valid email address will be updated with the outcome, and the decision will be published on the Councils website.
If approved, it is anticipated that the policy will be adopted from 1 April 2020.
