Property maintenance and sustainability

Regular property maintenance makes sound economic sense as well as cultivating a sense of pride in our local community.  Regular maintenance can limit the need for more expensive repairs at a later date. For example, regular cleaning of gutters and drains will be much cheaper than dealing with a serious outbreak of dry rot in a timber roof structure following neglect.
