Council Services account

This account was previously called 'MyAccount'. We have emailed all MyAccount account holders with a unique link enabling them to switch to the new account. Please check your emails (including your junk folder), or set up a new account using the button below.

With a Council Services account, you can view and keep track of reports and requests you’ve made for a range of our services.

What services does the account cover?

Environment services

You help us keep the green spaces in Bedford Borough clean and problem free when you report problems online, such as littering, fly-tipping, overflowing bins, graffiti, anti-social behaviour and noise or neighbourhood nuisances. Once you've submitted a report, you can keep track of it via your Council Services account.

You'll need a Council Services account if you want to apply for a fishing permit to fish in Priory or Harrold Country Park.

You'll also need a Council Services account to apply for a Houses of multiple occupation (HMO) licence.

Highways

You help us keep the roads and pavements in Bedford Borough problem free when you report potholes, street and traffic light problems, damaged street furniture and a range of other road and pavement problems. As with the other online options above, you can keep track of your reports via your Council Services account.

Future developments

We will add more online report, apply, book and request options to the Council Services account in the coming months and will update this webpage when we do.
