Harrold-Odell Country Park
Explore 144 acres of award winning parkland that includes a
nature reserve, two picturesque lakes and a stretch of the River
Great Ouse.
Enjoy a quality breakfast and light lunch in the Café followed
by a stroll round on well laid paths or a spot of bird watching
from the hide. There are places to picnic (no barbeques) or simply
immerse yourself in nature.

Day Fishing Permit Cost: Adult £44.50 or
Concession / Junior (under 17) and OAP £18.50
Day and Night Fishing Permit
Cost: Adult £69.00 or Concession / Junior (under 17) and
OAP £29.50
Night Only Fishing Permit
Cost: Adult £32.50 or Concession / Junior (under 17) and
OAP £16.50

The Dragonfly Cafe
Harrold Odell Country Park in Bedford is
set to become an even more attractive location. The Council can
confirm that following a tender process, Churchill Catering Ltd
are operating a new Café in the park called The
Dragonfly Cafe.
Churchill Catering Ltd are a family
catering company who specialise in the development and management
of country park cafes and restaurants. They operate cafes from
Surrey to Scotland in both the business and leisure
sectors.
The Café has been refitted and up to
£50,000 has been invested by Churchill Catering. They are
providing a menu with healthy and traditional choices and high
quality Lavazza coffee. Those visiting the Country Park are
now able to taste the quality of their coffee brand and food
as The Dragonfly Cafe is now open for business.
