Mowsbury Golf Complex is
known not only for the warm welcome it extends to everyone but for
the high levels of golf and squash provision it has to offer. The
friendly clubhouse and excellent facilities are open to all and
Mowsbury has become the premier ‘pay & play’ golf & squash
complex in the region.
Situated on the outskirts of Bedford, bounded by Mowsbury Park
and open countryside Mowsbury is the ideal location to enjoy your
golf. The splendid undulating 18-hole course offers a fair
challenge to both beginners and handicap players with
strategically placed ponds, ditches and bunkers waiting to claim
the wayward shots. Whether it’s one of the four short par 3’s or
the dog-leg par 5’s each hole has it’s own hazards to be
negotiated. The ‘pay and play’ facility has no expensive joining
fees.
Annual subscriptions and reduced green fees, with up to 8 days
pre-booking are available via the Bedford Leisure Card Scheme –
which means you can play golf when it suits you.
A full range of equipment is available for hire in the
professional shop so it couldn’t be easier to play around.
