Free Provider Training
The Bedford Training Consortium providdes access to a
comprehensive range of training activities developed initially for
employees working in social care settings withing the Borough
Council. These activities are equally relevant to employees
working in care provider organsiations in the Private, Voluntary
and Independent Sectors working in the Bedford Borough
locality.
These courses are very much in demand and places are allocated
on a first come first served basis. Where a course becomes
oversubscribed, delegates will be placed on a waiting list and
notified if a place becomes available or when further courses are
scheduled later in the year. Course overviews and Application
Forms are available for downloading.
Training is offered free of
charge to our providers however please note that as places
are limited if a delegate fails to attend training on the day or do
not provide adequate notice of cancellation (3 working days [Monday
to Friday] prior to the event) a £50 fee per person will be charged
to the respective organisation.
