It is an offence to spit or urinate on public surfaces, roads, pavements or streets in Bedford Borough. 

Anyone caught spitting or urinating in public will be issued with a £100 on the spot Fixed Penalty Notice.

Spitting and urinating are both considered a type of littering, so when you report it, you will be asked to complete a report litter form.
