Outline Planning Permission for the NIRAH development was
granted NIRAH Holdings Ltd on 23rd September
2009.
Only a small part of the main site lies within
Bedford Borough limits. The car park and part of the proposed
shuttle bus access route (via The Wixams) is also within the
Borough. Nevertheless, the development as a whole is likely to have
a substantial impact on Bedford and the surrounding area.
