difficulty viewing plans online please visit the Customer
Service Centre on Horne Lane. For further

Plans and documents can not currently be viewed via
PublicAccess. Please use the link at the top of the page 'CLICK
HERE TO VIEW PLANS & DECISION NOTICES' until further notice.
You can however still comment, find
application numbers and view other application details via
PublicAccess.
If you have any difficulty submitting a comment to a planning
application via PublicAccess, please email it direct to
planning@bedford.gov.uk.

It is advisable to only view plans
and notices from this link when PublicAccess is not available
(between 11pm and 6am) as it is not possible
to access the advanced features of PublicAccess through this

The Council's PublicAccess
website enables you to monitor the progress of planning
applications through either an Address Search or a
Planning Application Search. Documents available through this
system can be printed off subject to copyright restrictions.
In order to access all the features
within PublicAccess registration is necessary. For more
information on using PublicAccess, including registering for the
additional features, please read the PublicAccess
user guide.
The Measuring Tool allows you to
measure distance, area or perimeters on plans that accompany
applications online. Please read the Measuring
Tool Instructions for use. Please note that only those with
Adobe Reader 8 or above will be able to use this feature.

directly to the Planning administration database and information is
updated during office hours.
