Family Services Directory
The Family Services Directory is
an online directory of local and national services for parents,
carers, children, young people and professionals working with
families. Whether you are looking for childcare, youth
clubs, sport and leisure activities, family support groups,
services for children with a disability, the directory is where to
start.
To make things easy for you the directory has
been divided into the following three zones:
Parents and Carers zone; in
this zone parents are able to search for childminders, pre-schools
and day nurseries. It also includes information on services
for children with a disability, children’s centres, activities for
children and young people and family support services.
Young People zone; in this
zone young people are able to find information on local leisure,
sport and youth activities, advice and support services and careers
and education.
Professional zone; in this
zone professionals are able to locate services to support children,
young people and families that they are working with.
