Are you looking for staff to work in your childcare setting?

Do you find it difficult finding the right staff?

We offer:

  • free monthly newspaper advertisements in local newspapers promoting current jobs in childcare within Bedford Borough;
  • a free monthly vacancy list sent (circ.1,200) to individuals looking for work in early years, childcare or playwork, also sent to local childcare providers/training organisations;
  • job matching service of people seeking work with providers looking to fill vacancies;
  • we offer advice on re-wording of adverts and freshening up an advertising campaign;
  • we can provide assistance with interviewing staff and advice on short-listing, interview questions and exit interviews and
  • we can do specific mail-outs to qualified or unqualified people looking for career opportunities.

We are always looking for ways to extend our services and welcome your feedback and ideas on how we can support you in recruiting and retaining your staff.
