ANNUAL HOUSEHOLD REGISTRATION CANVASS 2013
NO CHANGES from last years details
Between 4 October 2013 and 16 February
2014 you can confirm elector registration details here if
there are NO CHANGES to the details pre-printed on the
Household Voter Registration Form delivered to your

Password printed on your Voter Registration Form.
You can also request a Postal Vote
application form and opt out of your details appearing on this
edition of the Edited Register using the NO CHANGE
If you wish to have your details permanently excluded from the
Edited Register you can complete the following Permanent Opt Out E-form
under Section 11 of the Data Protection Act 1998. Completed
forms need to be printed, signed and returned by post or e-mailed

request a form to be sent to you by post.
CHANGES to make to the household registration
If you need to register CHANGES to the details
on your Household Voter Registration Form, you can generate
your own new Voter Registration Form here. You
must enter all the details for every person within the household
who is eligible to vote, including those whose details have been
pre-printed on the form.
Having entered your details you will need to
print the form, sign and e-mail this to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, you can post it to the address on the form, or
return this to your local library.
You can also generate similar forms if you wish for
requesting Postal and Proxy Vote applications. Click the
