legitimate Council activities to facilitate the delivery of Council
services, or for the purpose of preventing and/or detecting fraud
and/or crime, in accordance with the Data Protection Act

Subject Access Requests
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you
are entitled to request access to personal information held about
you by Bedford Borough Council.

information quickly and efficiently. Please be advised that there
is a £10 charge for providing this information - please send a
cheque payable to "Bedford Borough Council" with the signed copy of
this form.
