Customer Services encompasses
a wide range of council services. Our Customer Contact Centre
is based at Borough Hall and the Customer Service Centre
on Horne Lane.
Our highly trained staff can offer you information, help and
advice on all Bedford Borough Council services.

Friday 8:30am to 5pm
The best times to telephone us are between 9am to 11am and 3pm
to 5pm.
