Half Term at The Higgins

Holiday Activities this February at The Higgins Bedford

There is plenty happening at The Higgins Bedford this February half-term.

Holiday activities are taking inspiration from ‘A Walk in the Woods’ exhibition at the art gallery and museum with a woodland themed creature feature, sponsored by Polam School.  These will include a visit from real woodland creatures to the museum, some Valentines arts and crafts, and a workshop to create a stunning mosaic tile.

There will also be free identification walks and craft activities with Jo Roberts from the Forest of Marston Vale, sponsored by Oxford Brookes University.

Cllr Sarah-Jayne Holland, Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Culture said “Get involved with all the woodland activities at The Higgins Bedford during half term and take the opportunity to visit the ‘A Walk in the Woods’ exhibition before it finishes on 25th February.”

There is plenty to keep children entertained during the half-term, and they can also eat free at The Higgins Pantry. Children eat free from the kids menu, with one paying adult ordering a main course or light lunch per child.
