Christmas Activities with Play Rangers
Looking for something to keep the kids entertained before
Christmas? Trying to have a quiet afternoon to do the last bits of
Christmas shopping? Why not take advantage of Bedford Borough
Council’s Play Ranger Service?
The Play Rangers will be holding free sessions between the 20th and
23rd December in the borough. They are completely free and you
don’t even have to book a place.
Play Rangers provide free, outdoor, open access play sessions for 5
to 13 year olds. Under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Councillor Doug McMurdo, Portfolio Holder for Leisure and
Culture, said: “Our Play Rangers provide a valuable service for
families across the borough. Their play sessions are well organised
and I know the children enjoy the opportunity to play together and
make new friends.
“Our Winter play sessions will offer parents and guardians the
chance to drop the kids off and do those last bits of Christmas
preparation knowing their little ones are being well looked
after.”
