Bedford Borough Equality and Diversity Network

We support and facilitate the work of the Bedford Borough Equality and Diversity Network.

The Bedford Borough Equality and Diversity Network is the independent advisory, scrutiny and consultative network on issues relating to age, disability, gender reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex (gender) and sexual orientation for Bedford Borough.

It supports us in our statutory responsibilities in regards to equality. It also works across the Bedford Borough Partnership to support the development and implementation of its commitment to equality and diversity outlined in the Sustainable Community Strategy.

To find out more about the role of the Network, click here to view the terms of reference. You can click here to view a list of the network members. If you are interested in joining the Network please contact Joella Hazel at joella.hazel@bedford.gov.uk
